Renovation of a historical property in Perthshire between 2008 and 2009. Prepared detailed plans and layouts for a complete renovation of the first floor of the castle, bathrooms and bedrooms included. Provided material, mood board. Developed initial concept designs. Responsible for the entirety of the project management. Provided estimates for every stage of the refurbishment process. Ensured projects were completed within the allocated budget and on time.
